Jim Bamber News - Original 'Pit Crew' - 30/08/2005
Jim`s original `Pit Crew` range was launched in August 2005, with the support of all 10 teams on the grid at that time.
The range has supported The Grand Prix Mechanics Charitable Trust since it was launched, with a royalty on every sale.
The range was first presented to the Trustees at a charity meeting in the BRDC headquarters at Silverstone, on 10th July 2005.
Our pictures show Sir Jackie, the founder of the Trust and Martin Brundle, a Trustee, reviewing the range after the meeting. One of the pictures features Jim Bamber sat between them, in one of his rare appearances in front of a camera!
